Your personal data are sent to us during ordering through a secure platform and are only saved in carrying out the ordering process.

Our internet shop uses cookies in order for us to provide necessary functions to our website, such as a shopping cart. Cookies are small text data ou your computer that hold information (e.g., a product in the shopping cart). No website other than our website has access to this information. We do not apply any other cookies except those that allow for the shop and the shopping process to function.
Credit card information
We do not at any point record or save your credit card information. Payment is processed through Ogone/Ingenico Payment Services, a company specializing in these transactions. In using these services, we are providing you with the best in safe and secure payment services.
(almost) no external content
We are not connected to content from other sites, such as social media buttons or youtube videos, with the exception of the trustwave logo (see below). We do not use web analysis programs such as Google Analytics or Matomo.
Webserver Log Data
Log data are only saved on our server in the event of a technical disturbance and deleted automatically after 60 days. These data include the following:
- your operating system
- your internet server provider
- Information on your browser and version of your browser
- your IP address
- date and time of access
- the website from which you accessed our website
- websites that you accessed for informatin about our website
At no point will this information be connected with other personal data, such as your name or email address.
